This year’s summer school will precede a two day event on June 22/23, entitled “Law’s Role in Sustainable Globalization: crises, tragedy and transformative possibilities” taking place in Amsterdam. Radha D’Souza & Ece Temelkuran will be our keynote speakers. The event is organized within the research network on law and globalization (TEGL). Limited funding is available for selected participants who wish to stay for the TEGL conference.
Transformative effects of globalisation in law is a cooperation of legal scholars from the University of Amsterdam, Maastricht University, Tilburg University and the Open University aiming to provide an inspiring forum to tackle the vital challenges that affect law in the era of globalisation.
